I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each of my clients and use a variety of self-development tools including: Somatic Experiencing, the Enneagram, Family-of-Origin work, and Jungian Psychology. I offer standard 50 minute sessions, as well as half-day intensives for couples looking to go deeper more quickly. We can meet remotely or in person!
