I have a lot of experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I specialize working with patients with disordered eating and am familiar with the Health at Every Size approach. I also specialize in the LGBTQ+ population and ethical non-monogamy. I am Kink lifestyle educated.

I also believe that we can work on tools for you to get through whatever it is that is causing an issue in your day-to-day living so you can move through it.
