My goal is that our sessions will be a safe space for you to learn, explore, reconnect, grow and heal. Therapy is not one size fits all, and I tailor fit my approach to your individual needs. I have extensive experience with adolescents, and love working with teens, young adults, families and couples. I'm also happy to offer services in Spanish as well.
I approach services with a trauma-informed, compassionate, non-judgemental lens. I also believe that each client is the expert in their own life, and my job is to provide you with the tools to better manage your journey and symptoms.
