During my 18 years of practice I have gained expertise helping clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment in which to gain insight, address irrational fears, and develop self-compassion. I strive to help women break old patterns and create the changes they wish to see in their lives.
My style of therapy is eclectic with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship. I utilize techniques from CBT and DBT. I also believe strongly in the mind body connection. I am a certified yoga instructor with extensive training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I enjoy utilizing the practice and philosophy of yoga when it meets clients' needs and desires.
