Life has wonderful qualities as well as difficulties which impacts people of all ages. Embarking on a journey to further explore, learn, making personal changes can be filled with an array of emotions. The wide range of the emotional world is a natural part of living. Adaptive coping, is something any adult or child may at some point may need support with. I believe clients experiences and responses to sessions are important; as is our building a genuine therapeutic relationship. Therapy with me is a journey taken together.
In my practice, all ages are welcome and I have 11+ years working with a variety of ages. Taking new patients but no after school hours appointment are options currently.
