Aging with Grace

I have formed and facilitated small groups of older adults interested in finding support and insight about the aging body and mind. Learning personal reflective practices that embody a "life well lived" enhance growing older with resilience and joy. If interested, I will add you to my on-going list for when group is established. These are conducted outside at locations offering seating and shade.
