I work with adult women that are looking to take the first step in their emotional healing journey. I also work with women that are in, or are considering, a life transition. Additionally, I work with women who are experiencing anxiety and depression, or may be facing other life issues that feel overwhelming. Lastly, I work with women that struggle with people-pleasing and conflict avoidance.
I create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to feel heard, held, and supported. I help my clients address the root cause of their emotional pain and behaviors to provide lasting healing. I also help my clients build coping and communications skills to create resilience. I operate from a trauma-informed perspective.
