As a therapist and previous educator, I have extensive experience supporting individuals of varying abilities and identities.
I am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a rapid-eye-movement therapy for treatment of a wide variety of mental health concerns, including trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a particular passion for addressing root issues through a trauma-informed lens, with interventions such as ART and EMDR.
