I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Working from an existentialist, trauma-informed, and neurodevelopmentally sensitive lens, I believe we all have the capacity to live meaningful, complete lives. My office is a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and radically compassionate space in which clients can heal, grow, and explore.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities in my practice and am experienced in helping adults, teens, and children living with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, mood disorders, and thought disorders.
