Psychotherapy is particularly helpful in managing relationships and adjusting to life's challenges associated with parenting, aging, illness and loss, including the death of loved ones.
I have over thirty years clinical experience in diagnosing and treating mental and emotional difficulties. My therapeutic style is active and collaborative. I combine specific techniques with the process of identifying and working on problematic behavioral patterns. I believe that therapy should address immediate concerns, enhance understanding and build resilience.
I have worked in a variety of international settings and am comfortable with people from various backgrounds. I have learned to appreciate the importance of working with people from their own cultural perspective. I welcome clients of any nationality.
