I work through a trauma-informed and culturally aware lens, using an integrative approach, with internal family systems (IFS) being my main "jam". I enjoy working with clients experiencing a wide range of life circumstances, and prioritize building an authentic, compassionate therapeutic relationship. I aim to share laughter along with the heavy emotions.
