I believe that everyone has present inside of them the ability to significantly improve their life. While we can't change the past, we can work to understand and resolve current challenges. We will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions, and replace them with healthy cognitive and behavioral skills which emphasize strength and resiliency. This will enable you to move forward in a positive manner, thus improving your overall sense of self, relationships, and satisfaction in life.
Learning how to communicate effectively is a large part of honoring yourself, resolving conflict, and enjoying your relationships. I work with clients of all ages, from children to adults, especailly highlighting the parent-child relationship.... whether it be current issues as a parent with your child, or unresolved issus from childhood affecting your adult relationships.
As an athlete, and a parent of highly competitive collegiate and club athletes, I have indepth knowledge, training, and years of personal experience in how visualization, mental toughness, passion, and a healthy body image are imperative to reaching the next level in a sport. I have successfully counseled many athletes and families through this journey.
