I hope that after you have read my personal statement that I'm able to assist you and/or someone that you care for very much. I bring 25 plus years of clinical experience in working with adolescents and adults in both an individual and group setting. My energy, enthusiasm and dedication have allowed me to help and empower many people over the years.
Many of us experience events in life that can affect our daily functioning and routine. This can cause us to experience emotions that may be uncomfortable or disruptive such as depression, anxiety, anger, or feeling overwhelmed. I provide a friendly, relaxed, comfortable environment where we can begin to work together.
Starting therapy can be a difficult step and you may be concerned as to what you can expect. Calling me or sending me an email is the first step you can take for yourself. I will get back in touch with you and explain those details to you. My office is dog friendly and during daytime appointments, you can expect to meet my “therapy” dog, Cooper.
