The healing process of therapy is a gift that I am passionate about. If you are viewing profiles on here, you may have something happening in your life that might benefit from additional, professional support. There are many conflicting experiences from our past to the present state of the world that affect us. You are not alone and do not have to face it all alone. My approach is intended to help find deeper meaning and further your self understanding. Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I assist people with increasing life balance while working toward mutual, reachable goals. I practice in a nonjudgmental, empathetic way.
Often, there are multiple struggles happening at once which can be extremely difficult for people to make sense of what is happening. My areas of focus are Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar, Life Transitions, trauma, and Substance Use Disorders. I am trained in DBT as well as Brainspotting to assist with further the healing.
