In my work as a clinical psychologist, my goal is to empower clients to build a life in which individuals and families can thrive. There has never been a more important time than now for us to slow down, check in with ourselves, and gain new perspectives. My intention is for clients to bring healthy new habits back to their families and to gain control over lives that often and understandably feel ‘out-of-control.' In our work together, we will strive to cultivate a mindset that embraces flexibility through life’s unpredictability, as well as the extraordinary power of contentment in the present moment.
I hold a PhD in clinical-school psychology with training in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I also employ mindfulness-based practices to address chronic stress, anxiety and depression in clients. I use a practical, problem-solving approach to guide adults and families in resolving the constant challenges associated with navigating today's environment.
