Play allows for kids to better express themselves & helps to resolve their issues. My work focuses on helping to navigate the difficulties & complexities of life by creating insight & awareness of self & relationships. This insight allows them to cognitively define who they are & creates motivation to change, which is key to lasting success.
I use an integrated approach, tailoring therapy to the needs of the individual client. I strive to help individuals & families be the best versions of themselves through talk & play. My approach is collaborative as I work closely with clients and other professionals in their community (school, doctor, etc.) to find solutions that work for the whole system.
