I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience in individual, group, and family psychotherapy, as well as clinical psychiatric research. In my private psychotherapy practice, I work from a values-based empowerment model to help individuals who are facing difficult life transitions, adjustment to parenting, challenging relationship issues, difficulties with boundary-setting, and emotional pain/unrest. Drawing on various treatment modalities, I will help you develop coping strategies for life stressors, negative thoughts, or challenging emotions.
