I am Andrea Kromminga: A fully licensed therapist with experience and specialty with depression, anxiety, assessments, trauma, boundaries, and work/life balance. I have worked with all ages, and enjoy meeting new people. I believe in therapy, and the value it brings to a person's quality of life. I use many different therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and many different techniques of mindfulness and while health and wellness.
I can relate to parents and youth alike. I know the challenges of raising children in our society. I also have lived experience in which I sought therapy as a teenager. I was struggling, and even dropped out of high school. I went to therapy, and it changed my life. I am passionate about the value of therapy and how it can help people.
