I have 22 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I am very passionate about helping people live their best life. I believe that seeking a behavioral health specialist is an essential part of wellness as a whole person. Just like if we have a physical health problem, we go to the doctor. If we have emotional/mental health concerns, then seeing a therapist gets us on the path to healing. I have a business called Enhanced Quality of Life LLC.
I have treated many health conditions that interfere with the ability to function well. Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy are my fundamental approaches. I specialize in counseling teens and young adults.
