My therapeutic style is guided by a trauma-informed lens, rooted in feminist multicultural therapy. I utilize EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT & ACT techniques. I strongly believe that you are the expert of your life and approach this work with genuine curiosity and non-judgment. I work with adolescents and adults 16+.
