My desire as a counselor is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you are free to be your authentic self and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I aim to work collaboratively with you to create and achieve goals and find balance in your life.

I utilize an integrative, person-centered approach, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma & PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, relationship concerns, attachment issues, and emotional dysregulation.
