My specialized training and vast experiences have allowed me to help people and their families learn to make the most of difficult situations, specifically with an ADHD diagnosis, going through hard life transitions, and dealing with depression and anxiety.
With ADHD, knowing your executive skills profile is key. Every person has a profile, but your diagnosis lets you know that your profile is making certain areas in life extra difficult (education, work, relationships, productivity, etc.). We will identify your profile to know exactly how to help you target and improve the impacted areas and more.
Also, many people who struggle with Life Transitions are really dealing with Depression or Anxiety related to that transition. The key to anxiety and depression is to recognize your thoughts, understand their influence on how you feel and respond to life, followed by implementing specific skills for improved thoughts and confidence about your life's journey.
