Andrea has worked in a women’s holistic wellness practice serving children, adolescents, and women of all ages. That is where Andrea gained experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and major life transitions. Andrea’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and holistic. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and mindfulness.
