I can help you if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting, work challenges, chronic pain and other health concerns, life transitions, or low self-esteem. I specialize in treating anxiety-related disorders. In addition to talk therapy, I utilize biofeedback as a tool for helping with a variety of emotional and physical issues.
I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can be you. In that space, you can become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and then decide which ones work for you.
