I am passionate about assisting neurodiverse clients on their own journeys to a more fulfilled life. Together we work towards understanding an ASD or ADHD diagnosis and how this may influence life experiences at all stages of life. I am an LCSW focusing on individuals with autism across the lifespan (teens through older adults.) Along with ASD I address co-occurring issues such as anxiety, ADHD, emotion regulation and communication challenges. I address the "skills that pay the bills" and the soft skills necessary to thrive at work. I work with neurodiverse couples as well as parents.
Change is difficult and real change rarely happens without challenges. My sessions are supportive, collaborative, and goal oriented.
