Hi! I’m Andrea Graziano, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I work with adults to help ameliorate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have found that people feel empowered when they are able to shed old thoughts and habits. They feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook as a result of building new skills.
My approach to providing therapy is to develop a mutually respectful relationship and help guide you toward your goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy lend themselves to allowing for personal growth and self-expression while challenging negative and self-destructive thoughts. My communication style is to be open and non-judgmental.
