Hello and welcome! We are meeting here because you are seeking help for yourself or for a loved one. Would you like to live more freely, more authentically, and to have real choices? Is a recent life transition, or an unexpected experience causing you unmanageable stress, anxiety, or pain? Do you struggle in personal or work relationships? Do you wish you felt self-assured or calm most of the time? Might you want to feel more fulfilled and to be able to tap into your inner creativity in ways that feel deeply gratifying? Or, are you a caregiver to someone with a neurodegenerative disease or the parent of a child with special
needs? Would you like to improve the quality of their life, or find a way for their potentials to be met? I can help. I bring my humanity, education, and 30 years of professional experience helping people of varying ages and with a range of issues, challenges, and difficulties. Because I am a NYS Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I engage in therapy using
words and music. I provide psychotherapy and music therapy based upon your needs and preferences. (One needs absolutely no music skills or experience to benefit!) If you are here, you have courage, wisdom, and strength. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I look forward to partnering with you to help transform your life, or that of your loved one.
