I specialize in working with children (ages 10+), teens, and young adults who are looking for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, social/life skills, executive functioning, and self-esteem. I also provide parent coaching for families looking to enhance their parenting skills and develop new tools for communication and understanding.
