Are there times when you feel that you’re just not enough? When you're trying your best to cope, but you still feel overwhelmed and empty? Maybe your old ways of coping have become more harmful than helpful and are interfering with your daily life. You want to make a change, but you're not sure where to begin. Together we will work to add healthy ways to help you cope. You will find your voice that maybe got lost along the way. You will begin to embrace this unique journey you are on. And you will discover that you are lovable, worthy, and enough exactly as you are.
We've all had our share of changes. I've been a practicing attorney, a full-time parent, and a sexual assault victim advocate. This journey led to my passion for clinical social work. I love working with adolescents and adults facing eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions. My treatment style is warm, compassionate, trauma-focused, and strength-based.
Being able to talk to someone nonjudgmental can be powerfully healing. It takes strength and courage to seek support and to talk about what is hurting on the inside. I'd like to help make your journey easier. My goal is for you to feel heard, seen, and understood. Please call or email me with any questions you may have. I can't wait to hear from you!
