My goal for you is to allow acceptance of yourself or acceptance within your family. I work with a variety of issues within sexual and gender minority clients including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and family conflict. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents. However, I have experience working with clients of all ages.
I use a variety of techniques, working with each client to find what works for them. You are the expert of your own life, and I will work with you to achieve your goals. I believe that change happens through increased awareness and acceptance of the many parts of yourself that make you who you are.
