As a complex trauma specialist, I work with clients who have benefitted from talk therapies and found that they are able to manage their thoughts and behaviors well enough but feel there is something deeper down causing internal battles and sabotage cycles. Throughout my 15 years of experience working with clients in the mental health field, I have loved being able to help clients achieve embodied, sustainable wellness by gently amplifying their natural capacity to heal.
Trained in many trauma modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Processing, Internal Family Systems and more as well as psychedelic healing modalities through world-renowned training programs MAPS and PRATI, I offer psychedelic (ketamine)-assisted healing packages blending modalities with an Opus Sound Bed for amplified results. I also offer psychedelic integration.
