I am passionate about providing therapy services for adults and adolescents (late teens). Navigating work, school, relationships, and life circumstances in general can be especially challenging, and I aim to provide a nonjudgmental and empathic atmosphere in which you can discuss important issues, gain practical tools and receive adequate care. As for my training, I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Palo Alto University, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the UC Davis Medical Center.
Having trained and worked in hospital, integrated healthcare and community mental health settings, I treat a wide range of issues and have special clinical interests in working with individuals who are struggling with intergenerational conflicts, low self-esteem/confidence, social anxiety, adjustment to chronic health conditions.
Overall, my approach is holistic, warm and collaborative. I use evidence-based interventions in my practice which are tailored to each individual's needs. I work with clients from all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities.
