My desire is to help you discover your true potential, reconnect with who you really are, and assist you in developing skills for navigating through personal turmoil, confusion, and uncertainty.
My style of counseling is compassionate and empathetic but at times can also be direct and challenging - sometimes we need to hear the hard things that we don't want to hear for positive change to happen. I enjoy working with ages 16+ in individual and family settings, as well as with couples, parents, and groups.
