I have over 11 years working with children, teens and adults and have experience and specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy. My interests include perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, infertility, grief and loss, teenage struggles, parenting challenges and Christian counseling.
Through our work together, you will gain confidence, begin to trust yourself and feel more in control of your life. My hope is that you will feel more equipped to navigate life, manage stress and have more meaningful relationships.
