I use EMDR therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed CBT, and other evidence-based approaches to help my clients calm their nervous systems, reduce negative self-talk, develop tools to manage stress, and learn to communicate with others most effectively. My clients become empowered to make decisions based on their values so they can live a life they love.
