In a confidential setting, members will work to increase their capacity to have healthy relationships, cope with problems, and ultimately take more from life. You may benefit from this group if you want to be more authentic in your relationships, have difficulty expressing your feelings, have trouble trusting others, often feel dissatisfied in relationships, frequently put others' needs before your own, or experience anxiety in social situations.
