Tired of feeling stuck or repeating the same patterns without understanding why you can’t seem to break free no matter how hard you try? Sometimes we don't know how to move past or process the negative things in life on our own. Being able to talk to someone from an outside perspective, allows us to get curious about our behaviors and thinking patterns which helps us unlock the answers we have been seeking. Seeking help in these situations doesn't mean you are broken or weak, but rather human. It takes courage and strength to ask for help. Be proud of yourself.
I offer therapy where we explore negative interaction patterns, things from your childhood or life experiences that may be holding you back, attachment styles, and how those things contribute to how you respond. I also help those in unhealthy relationships heal and get on the right track to have a secure attachment and healthier, satisfying relationships.
My first priority is to build a safe place for anyone involved to be able to express their feelings and thoughts. My second priority is to ensure you are getting what you need from therapy. In my practice, you are not just another number, you matter and I genuinely want to help you grow, heal, and bloom.
