I will help you begin to understand your patterns of behavior. You will gain skills in developing authenticity, assertiveness, and mental agility and mental toughness. With over 10 years experience in behavioral health services, I will help you find the most authentic version of yourself and help strengthen that person in order to live with empowerment.
My style balances between challenging and encouraging with some humor. I validate experiences and incite success thereafter. In building a positive, trustworthy relationship, you will relearn to trust your authentic self. You will embolden the authentic you as you learn the difference between who you are, who you want to be, and who others expect you to be.
