I enjoy empowering clients in connecting with their strengths so that they can heal and grow. My priority as a therapist is to provide a safe and confidential space for my clients to feel heard and understood. I work with adults and teens. In my work, I have helped clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain. In my practice I also support clients in career exploration, helping them build healthy habits, increase performance and focus.
I utilize a holistic approach including Mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, Hypnosis, and Inner Child work. I incorporate breathwork and body relaxation for uncomfortable emotions. I use EMDR to process past traumatic events that keep clients stuck and unhappy. I utilize Hypnosis to help clients break habits, manage chronic pain and heal past experiences.
