How can I help you? That is the first question that pops into my head when visiting with new people. I know that starting therapy can be a new, difficult, and intimidating process. But I am a real person here to help you achieve whatever solutions or life changes you are looking for, while making the process as enjoyable as I can. Don't know where to start? I work with children, teens, adults, and couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, along with aspects of play therapy when working with kids. I have recently graduated, which means I have established and new techniques and methods under my belt.
