My ideal client is the client that has an idea of what they want in life but is overwhelmed with life stressors such as anxiety and depression. This client needs a safe space to explore their life options and the triggers that are causing negative thinking patterns, self-doubt, and low self-confidence. This client needs support, encouragement, and a non-judgmental approach to achieve their goals.
As a Clinical Social worker, I am passionate about meeting this client where they are in life, I'll be there to create a safe space for vulnerability and strength. I’ll be a guide and provide support and encouragement, working as a team to achieve the desired goals.
