Hi, I'm Andi and welcome to Cornerstone Wellness! I help clients ages 5-18 who experience anxiety, bullying, depression, would like to build their self-esteem and confidence and learn to navigate and communicate their emotions.
I am a masters-level counselor working primarily with children and teens but am open to working with adults as well. I believe that there are more obstacles for children today who need support going through life's challenges including building self-esteem and confidence as well as overcoming anxiety and depression.
Personally, I did not recognize therapy as important until adulthood and I wish I had the opportunity to have it earlier in my life. I encourage my clients to embrace the feelings of "I don't know" and help them to learn, grow, and understand themselves.
