My name is Eryn Kruk. “I believe that each person has innate abilities and strengths to help them overcome issues and challenges that are impacting their lives and that each person has the power to improve their lives and relationships. My goal is to help clients attend to and understand their emotional and relational needs both inside and outside the therapy room so that clients may feel empowered and in charge of their own journey toward health and healing.
I use a holistic, integrative, and personal approach to treatment that incorporates a variety of evidence-based treatment methods to support my clients unique needs. I work from a psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral framework, helping individuals I work with to understand the connection between their lived experience, thoughts, emotions, and relationships
Before becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) I worked within various child mental health care systems for the past 7 years, providing care coordination and hands on skill building support to children within residential and hospital settings, as well as school and home/community settings.
