As a holistic counselor, healing arts practitioner, and storyteller, I firmly believe in bridging cross-cultural ancestral ways of knowing and contemporary healing modalities to alleviate our modern impacts of stress, anxiousness, depressive states, and other psycho-somatic (mind-body) and spiritual imbalances of health. In the māla or garden of your life, it is my hope to be a guiding steward to support you in uprooting the maladaptive narratives that hinder your growth, water the inherent gifts that resides within you, and witness the blossoming of the sacred living story that is you, rooted in strength and aloha.

Our journey together is dependent on your specific needs, values, and goals but will always entail a compassionate container of exploration for personal reflection, use of expressive arts (e.g. art, movement, music, writing, poetry), working with the elements of nature, and other therapeutic practices to support your wholeness; mind, body, and spirit.
