Hi I’m Anastacia! I work with folks from all walks of life, but I work best with people who are looking to overcome their past and with those struggling to find peace with food. I specialize in depth work of all kinds. I know it takes a lot of dedication to achieve recovery, and I find it an honor to help guide people who decide to take the journey to healing. I work well with clients who appreciate a holistic approach. I also love to work with clients who want to learn to cope with anxiety, depression, grief, prenatal and parenting concerns, and relationship issues. I’m passionate about helping couples cope with complicated pasts.
I’m trained in EMDR and IFS (parts work) for treatment of all types of trauma, eating issues, anxieties and phobias. EMDR and IFS are unlike traditional talk therapy in that results tend to be much faster. I also offer talk therapy and use DBT to help you build the life you want. I come from an intuitive eating background and support Health at Every Size.
In my free time, I can be found reading, walking the neighborhood, and hanging out with my husband, toddler, two dogs, and four chickens. I also am ready to talk about plants at any time of the day. I've underdone my own recovery from mental illness, so I put a lot of passion and first hand experience into my work.
