We are a Telehealth Group Practice specializing in the treatment of adolescents (and their families), young adults, adults and couples. Our goal is to help our clients live happier, more successful lives. We strive to provide a safe, space to our clients that is free from judgement. We have counselors who are highly skilled and empathetic, and have varied backgrounds including working with Veterans, Families in need and in transition, and Individuals looking to make positive changes in their lives. We all utilize a variety of different techniques including providing CBT, DBT, and trauma focused therapy.
