They need someone to hear them out and a space to heal and overcome their past trauma and difficulties. They long to improve their relationships, thoughts and emotional responses to stressors. The client wants to be heard and understood.
I offer solution focused brief therapy as well as other modalities to overcome various relational and emotional issues. My specialty is trauma; I'm trained in Trauma Focused CBT, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD and Cognitive Process Therapy for PTSD. I offer culturally sensitive counseling services in Spanish to the Hispanic community.
