We do our best to take on all of our responsibilities but sometimes we can’t adapt because we feel sad, anxious, and/or angry, without necessarily understanding why. Deep down, we know that this feeling of unease has been there for a long time but we can’t find the time to explore it. When the pain becomes unbearable, it leaves us no choice but to see someone. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (graduated in Switzerland) and Psychoanalyst (graduated in NY). I have fifteen years of experience with children, adolescents or adults who are stuck in their lives for various reasons (e.g., stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, relationship problems, identity issues). I also carry out cognitive assessments.
