I have 20+ years of experience helping people learn skills to help manage stress and anxiety, navigate relationships, decrease depression, negative self-talk and perfectionist tendencies, increase resilience and self-confidence, work through losses such as loved ones, beloved pets, miscarriages, infertility, and life transitions such as high school, college, career, and relationships. My advanced training includes Cognitive Behavior (CBT), Mindfulness integration, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also trained inSupportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and Certified as a PEERS provider by UCLA. My approach is integrative and collaborative, so that we can tailor your treatment specifically to your goals.
