Life is messy, and whether you are navigating grief, recovering from trauma, figuring out neurodivergence, or starting your healing journey, I am here to help individuals feel safe, learn to regulate their nervous system, and develop a relationship between their body and their mind. I am passionate about helping people connect with their experience in the present moment in a safe, holding environment, and develop self-awareness and self-compassion.
I strive to provide queer & neurodivergent affirming care, & I work from an evidence-based, trauma-informed & culturally sensitive lens. In my sessions, I combine elements of mindfulness, somatic therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and ecotherapy.
